  3. No Returns or Refunds: Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final unless items are damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
  4. Shipping & Processing: Made-to-order items typically require 3–5 business days for crafting before shipping. Delivery times may vary based on location.
  5. Liability: IpsiLux is not responsible for damage during shipping beyond what is covered by our carrier.
